You can get the Golden Key in either of two ways: travel to Pirate Island Valgan through the passage beneath Sea God Balasso's Shrine and challenge its boss, or buy the key from the casino. The Pirate Island route awards the key whether you win or lose the boss fight.
Method 1: Get the key on Pirate Island Valgan
- Leave Glardis and travel North, North, then East to reach Sea God Balasso's Shrine.
- Use the passage beneath the shrine to enter Pirate Island Valgan.
- Challenge the boss on the island.
- After the encounter, you receive the Golden Key whether you win or lose.
Method 2: Buy the key at the casino
The second method is to purchase the Golden Key from the casino. It is recommended that you complete the Gambling Miracle-Worker side quest before using this method.
Requirements for Gambling Miracle-Worker
- Complete Sharper Hunt to obtain the maid outfit.
- Have at least
3000casino coins to enter the VIP area. - Equip the maid outfit when the quest requires it.
Starting the casino quest
- Enter the casino in Glardis and go to the VIP area.
- Speak to Haji in the VIP area.
- Try 10 free spins at the red circle.
- Speak to Haji again on the left, then follow the quest through the bar, the sewers, and the watch tower east of Glardis.
- Return to Haji in the VIP area to begin the quest.
During the keyword guessing section, keep choosing the top option until you identify the correct keyword. Completing the quest gives a choice between 150,000,000 Rori and an amulet with a 1.5x TP charge effect. Afterward, wait one day and return to the casino; the exchange rates, payouts, and available items will change.
