- Samuel Jonasson: In the tenement contract workshop, behind Samuel and to the left, on the left wall.
- Deekula B9: Go upstairs to B9, enter the apartment, go downstairs, turn around, and look beneath the staircase.
- Deekula B2: The safe is in the secret room.
- Deekula C gangster base: In the apartment, past the lock-pickable door and beneath the stairs. The apartment is on the top floor, where bear traps are present.
- One-Stop-Shop: Upstairs behind a tarp curtain; crouch to reach it.
Access notes
- Deekula B9 becomes available through the early main quest line.
- Deekula B2 is unlocked through a later quest line.
- Access to the Deekula C gangster apartment comes from a side quest obtained at the speak-easy bar.
