Priority Checklist: Open the secret-room safe

Goal

Use the clues in the starting room and secret room to determine the safe code.

Steps

  1. Locate the secret room in the ceiling of the starting room.
  2. In the secret room, inspect the safe and note.
  3. Read the note on the table in the secret room. It gives the digits 0913.
  4. Because the date is September 13, search a calendar or Google for years in which September 13 fell on a Sunday.
  5. At the safe, try the remaining two code digits using the candidate years when September 13 was a Sunday.
  6. Use 091387 as the safe code in the safe in the secret room.

Optional interpretation

If using the Russian localization, the 09 may be interpreted as representing the number of victims; ignore the month spoiler.

Expected Result

The safe code to use is 091387.
