FBC Logistics papers deal with power, supplies, funding, and equipment, Bureau paperwork rather than Hiss research or combat lore. Ten have been confirmed: six in Downtown and four in Central. Two of the Downtown entries connect to Baker, a maintenance worker whose death you look into during the main quest.
Zone Breakdown [7 Zones]
At the moment, Downtown and Central hold every confirmed document. West Incursion Zone and Evacuation Zone return nothing. The rest of the map is still being filled out.
- Downtown — 6
- Central — 4
- West Incursion Zone — 0
- Evacuation Zone — 0
- The Park — TBD
- Underpass — TBD
- The Unknown — TBD
Downtown [6 Items]
Downtown holds the largest portion of the list, and two of its six also serve as main quest reading. They sit packed together along the street east of the Oldest House and the gate leading into the Deserted Area, so a single sweep through that stretch picks up most of them.
- Baker's Hiss Complaint — Ground floor of the green office building on the street east of the Oldest House.
- Radar Report — On a table in the back alley east of the Oldest House.
- Power Core Complaint — On the power generator of a building southeast of the Oldest House.
- Black Rock Mines — On a green table along the southern street that leads to the Downtown Deserted Area.
- Power Core Servicing Diagram — Beside a typewriter on a green table in front of the southeastern gate into the Deserted Area. Main quest reading.
- A Note From Baker — On a chair facing a metal panel near the same Deserted Area gate. Main quest reading.
Central [4 Items]
Central's four entries all sit around the FBC Field Office, the hub that unlocks once Downtown is cleared. None are mandatory, but they shed light on why the location looks half-abandoned when you first step in.
- Supply Distribution Check List — On a desk in the Field Office lobby, eastern side.
- Balloon Deployment — On a strip of orange tarp inside the enclosed section of the Field Office courtyard.
- Field Office Note — On an FBC container in the testing area, behind a yellow forklift.
- The FBC's Funding — On a desk in the meeting room, inside the building just outside the Field Office.
Zones Without FBC Logistics Documents
West Incursion Zone and Evacuation Zone come back empty. Put your time in those zones toward their own collectible focus instead. The Park, Underpass, and The Unknown haven't yielded confirmed FBC Logistics documents so far, so one more is still out there somewhere in the back half of the campaign. This guide will be updated the moment it's located.

Q. What is FBC Logistics in CONTROL Resonant?
A collectible category covering Bureau paperwork: power, supplies, funding, and equipment. It sits alongside other Archive categories such as FBC Research & Records and Crisis Containment.
